First Hand Experience
We fell in love with north Norfolk over 20 years ago when we would stay in BnB's, the odd Hotel and mainly rented holiday cottages, so have a good view of the stock and raising standards in recent years. We also started out in property rentals, have set up holiday and Glamping businesses, and by being hosts renting our home on various sites such as Airbnb, which gave us a first-hand experience of what makes a great host.
There are some real challenges when it comes to short stay rentals; primary amongst them are managing the property before and after the guest, guest communication, listings management, dealing with all housekeeping staff, etc.
