If you have a holiday home or a second property that you like to keep for your own use, we also offer a key holding, Alarm and inspection service.

Our key holding and inspection service includes:

Holding keys at our office.

Weekly property inspections to include a visual check of both the interior and exterior of your property.

Preparation of your property for the colder months or for periods of inactivity as per your instructions.

Access to our property maintenance team and recommendations for local contractors (to be quoted and invoiced separately to the owner).

Sourcing and organisation of cleaners, gardeners, private waste collection companies and other third-party suppliers when required for arrivals and departures

For only £15 per month or £100 per year, we offer key holding and back up services 365 days a year. Whether you require our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local company to hold your property keys and to be available when required, our keyholding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective.
